Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. If you have an emergency call the emergency number at 724-550-3070. If you just have a question, call your property manager and leave a message. They will return your call as soon as possible. 

Rent:

Rent is still due on time no exceptions. You may leave it in the box outside the office or mail it in.

Money Orders:

If you use money orders to pay rent and you are not able to go out you will need to have a friend or family member get the money order and deliver it to the box outside the office or mail it in. Even during this unusual situation rent must be paid.
