APARTMENTS AVAILABLE FOR RENT at RIVERVIEW APARTMENTS:
 
After completion of a major plumbing project at Riverview Apartments, 315 N. Arch St Connellsville there are units now available for rent.
They are One Bedroom apartments with all utilities included. Rent is based on income. Riverview is available for anyone age 50 and up.
Located within walking distance of shops and businesses.

office hours:

Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. If you have an emergency call the emergency number at 724-550-3070. If you just have a question call your building manager and leave a message. They will return your call as soon as possible. 

Rent:

Rent is still due on time no exceptions. You may leave it in the box outside the office or mail it in.

Money Orders:

If you use money orders to pay rent and you are not able to go out you will need to have a friend or family member get the money order and deliver it to the box outside the office or mail it in. Even during this unusual situation rent must be paid.
